This guest pavilion is in the garden of a house in Belgravia which was originally three houses in a terrace converted to a school after the war. My brief here was to completely remodel the house, including 6 bedroom suites, build a new 6-car garage and excavate the whole garden to form a new basement (see plan below) including a pool, sauna, steam room, gym, lounge bar and cinema, with a guest pavilion at ground level. Access to the main house from the pavilion was through the newly created spa complex.
