Why does an industrial building have to look industrial? My client was a keen restorer of classic cars and wished to house them in a building with a studio workshop above. He wanted the design to reflect the same loving attention he paid to his cars. The garden and forecourt were landscaped with equal regard for the aesthetics. On a beautiful summer’s day, he could dip his leather into the clear, flowing waters of the tank and caress his newly restored motorcar!
