Bastide overlooking St Tropez

These proposals for a traditional Mediterranean Bastide and associated buildings overlooking St Tropez included a Gardien gatehouse, a guest house, pool and garden.  Unfortunately the proposal was vetoed by the local mayor who insisted on using a local architect, although the planning and layout of the houses and gardens which were eventually built follow the original proposals.
